Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Expert and will be responsible for the total relationship with our customers and making them smile. Together with your team and other departments you will optimize our consumers journeys by providing a single vision across all methods of customer contact with as strong focus on customer service. You will lead/develop the customer service team and be responsible for identifying and optimising all touchpoints with our B2B & B2C customers. You will focus on culture, process, technology and performance improvements.
Responsibilities
- You will develop, build & manage a future proof global customer success program.
- You are responsible for the voice of Classified and will be focussing on the total relationship with our different customers, ranging from distributors, retailers, end-users our ambassadors and athletes.
- You understand and translate the customers’ voice in the business, directly challenging & impacting internal processes and/or product development.
- You and your team answer questions from our customers all over the world, who contact you via telephone, e-mail and/or chat. You truly care about our customers & partners, with a customer centric approach you work with internal teams and partners to ensure fast & top quality issue resolution
- You identify & implement innovative initiatives to bring our customer experience to the next level
- You will take responsibility for the website customer journey
